US Customs Forms – The below documents are required to be completed by the importer (receiver) for the US Customs release of their Used Personal Effects/Household Goods and/or Vehicle(s) shipments. All US Customs Forms must be completed in their entirety and returned to us along with a copy of the importers Passport in order for our entry to be submitted, accepted and released by USCBP.

Please note, US Customs and Border Protection may require additional US Customs Forms or information from the importer which will need to be presented upon their request.
