Step 1. At this point you’re ready to lock in your date. The first thing you do is contact the shipping expert you’ve been speaking with to discuss availability. It’s suggested that you book a date as soon as possible in order for us to have enough time to guarantee your date and schedule your shipment. Please remember that there is a lot that goes into an international shipment and things don’t happen over night.
Step 2. Once you and your representative have nailed down a date we will need to collect a deposit to reserve the date. Deposits vary based on the size of your shipment, but are typically about 25% of the shipping cost. Deposit are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. We don’t want to keep your money if you cancel, but please understand that we pre-pay ocean carriers, truckers etc. in order to reserve your date. We accept all forms of payment.
Step 3. Once you have placed a deposit we will email you the log in information to book your shipment online. Click here to view the link. If you would rather fill out the forms manually you can access them here. We will require a shipping information form, general inventory list, insurance forms and terms signed. Please note that all documents are required prior to pick up or drop off.
Step 4. Once you have returned the documents we will then email a booking confirmation within 24/48 hours. We will also give you access to our online tracking system so you can always track your shipment and access any documents attached to your shipment.
