Ocean Star International has been in business since 2007 and has performed well over 20,000 international shipments. We have a handful of complaints mostly dating back to when we first opened our doors and were working to streamline our operation. However, we maintain a 98% customer satisfaction rate which is amongst the best in the industry.
“I used OSI to ship some goods from the U.S. to the UK and we're very pleased with the overall outcome. They packed all of our personal belongings and provided a door to door service. The rate was accurate minus some additional packing we had requested. The shipment arrived on time so we're very pleased to leave this review.”
“I used Ocean Star International, Inc. to ship my personal effects from the US to Berkshire, United Kingdom. I spoke with several companies and requested an all-in rate, however, OSI was the only company that gave me a “flat rate” which gave me peace of mind. We ended up paying exactly what they told us it would be and the shipment went smooth. There was a 3 day delay in delivery, but I’m reasonable enough to understand that things can happen. I've already referred OSI to a friend and would recommend them if you’re shipping or relocating overseas.”
“All and all we're happy with the service. We were a little disappointed because our shipment was inspected by US customs which caused a delay and some added charges. This was not OSI's fault and they did what they could to get us our shipment as quickly as possible. I would use them again, but be aware that customs inspections are possible.”

“The reason why i'm leaving 3 stars is because my shipment arrived 2 weeks late. The shipment arrived to the port on time, but there was such a delay with OSI's agent in the UK. I finally got all the paperwork done and rec'd my shipment. Nothing was damaged and the cost remained the same so I was happy about that. They're good people at OSI I just wish the delay never happened.”

OSI is also a GSA (General Service Administration) approved vendor which means we handle international shipping for Government agencies (here). OSI has also been featured in the USA Today, The Sun Sentinel and made the INC 500/5000 list as one of America’s fastest growing companies.
