We received our belongings on Dec 16th so it took about 3 months to get our stuff. It was in Australia by November but it took customs a month to clear it.I was very pleased with the service from your shipping company and also the agent at this end. Customs here in Australia took 4 wicker cane items and quarantined them which cost me $182.00 but as for your part of it I am so glad I chose your company and had you as my agent. Thanks Rob you were fantastic all the way through.I would highly recommend you and your company.

Well folks, I must say the following: 1. communication was always open, both w/ OSI and its counterpart in the UK; 2. my questions were always answered (and I am VERY inquisitive!!); 3. all the people I dealt with were very courteous; 4. There were no additional exuberant charges. There was the xray security charge which they already warned us about, but it was not unreasonable. As for the move, it went as smooth as butter! They really had the best price out of all the moving co’s I checked. After many conversations and questions they earned my trust and I decided to use them. Additionally, I did my due diligence and called AMSA and checked if they are registered RIM and checked the bbb, and ensured they had a license to do this business, the end result: They are legit!

The boxes were picked up EXACTLY on time from my living room in Florida and were dropped in my living room in Germany with ZERO COMPLICATIONS! Exactly what I needed! Upon pickup in FL I was given a tracking number so that I could check on the internet where the stuff was while in the States. The stuff arrived in the UK and I was given an ETA which was on target! There were no surprises on my part (ie.: they did not ship more than what I told them) and there were no surprises on their part (ie.: extra charges etc… )

ALL of our stuff arrived yesterday morning without complications! I thought perhaps one or two things may have been broken because these boxes went thru so many different hands, but that was not the case. Even our funky martini glasses and our wedding flutes made it in one piece. The movers came early enough in the morning for us unpack our cappuccino machine and enjoy a nice cappuccino to start the day! Both my husband and I are *extremely* satisfied with the service and if we were to move again, we will definitely use them!

I hired OSI online to ship my goods to the Netherlands. After a while my goods have arrived in best condition. I want to thank the team of OSI for an excellent Job and I want to recommend it to other clients as a reliable, honest and responsible company. Thank you again for an excellent service.

I want to publicly thank Ocean Star Int’l (OSI) for handling our household goods shipment from Miami to Warsaw, Poland. We were referred to OSI from a fellow student at the American School of Warsaw. We were very nervous due to all of the horror stories we heard about the moving industry however after visiting there office, we realized this is a very professional company. This is a Christian based company that works with honesty and always has the customer in mind. They were upfront about all the possibilities and included all of the fees that most companies left out of the quotes. They even sent a representative to my home for a visual inspection which made me feel very comfortable about using there services. The transit time took about 55 days door to door which was 2 days past the estimated date of arrival however I understand that there can be unforeseen delays. All of the goods arrived in great condition with the exception of some glass wear however the insurance company took care of the claim within 7 days. I must say all in all, this company has gone above and beyond the call of duty and I would recommend this company to anyone shipping overseas. I also found out they are also now handling many of the shipments for the American School of Warsaw due to all of the recommendations. Thank you for your honesty and great customer service.

This company has an AAA+ rating with the BBB which made us feel very comfortable. We also found out there fully licensed and accredited by the Federal Maritime Commission which is the government agency that regulates ocean transport. They have an impeccable record and we fully recommend this company to anyone shipping there goods overseas.
